21/22 June: Transfer Lab with Bio-Bahnhof

A two-day workshop in innovation methods by Humboldts Wagniswerkstätten

Transfer Labs are action-learning workshops in ideation and innovation methods for HU scientists and students. During one and a half days you will practice various methods to generate creative ideas, evaluate and test them. We make learning tangible: you will work together with the local company Bio-Bahnhof on one strategic innovation challenge they face.

In the workshop you will learn and practice three skills:

  1. The Art of Ideating: Go beyond brainstorming – learn techniques for coming up with innovative ideas
  2. Rapid Prototyping: Make your ideas tangible, so you can gather feedback from others
  3. Iterating Your Way Forward: Evolve and improve your idea to move from plan to action

Why innovation skills? We live in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world. Problem solving, creative and innovative thinking across disciplines and team work are becoming essential parts in every working area as well as in academic contexts. In the Transfer Lab you practice these skills and take home methods and strategies for your next innovation challenge.
