 er of Self-Help and Peer-Support Group Workshop Series invites you to beco
 me the architect of your own wellbeing, while connecting you with real res
 ources for your next steps. You'll leave with a renewed sense of purpose a
 nd the confidence to build what works for you. Chronic illness or having a
  handicap (e.g. ADHD, Depression, Cancer, other handicaps) doesn't disqual
 ify you from a meaningful life. It actually qualifies you to create one on
  your own terms and outside of the status quo! In this workshop, learn how
  to use your differences as super powers to design a life of thriving and 
 wellbeing on your own or with others! To support you on your creative well
 being journey, you will be introduced to the Berlin self-help landscape th
 at features tons of free or affordable resources that you can utilize in c

 e trainer: Taylor Coburn is a US American who's called Berlin home for 15 
 years. She was never "normal." In that time, she's navigated life in a for
 eign country, lost her father, became the first in her family to earn a Ma
 ster's degree, and built successful careers all while living with depressi
 on and ADHD, and learning what it actually means to thrive as her true sel
 f. Today she supports people in creating a life of wellbeing and thriving 
 that fits their unique structures and strengths.
