DESCRIPTION: An initiative by the Centre for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion &
  Belonging in collaboration with CLAIM gGmbHHow can you deal with diversit
 y and discrimination sensitively and confidently in your role as a teacher
  and/or leader? This workshop covers the basics of anti-Muslim racism and 
 discrimination, highlights their relevance to teaching and leadership role
 s, and provides a safe space for discussion, reflection and a practical ex
 amination of real-life examples. The aim of the event is to strengthen par
 ticipants’ awareness of and ability to address anti-Muslim racism: throu
 gh targeted reflection, different perspectives and structural interrelatio
 nships are examined, and options for action are explored. At the same time
 , practical approaches are developed for dealing with such issues in a pro
 fessional and discrimination-sensitive manner in day-to-day work, with a v
