During the ‘Long Night of Museums’, a wide range of Berlin’s museums and exhibition venues open their doors, giving visitors the opportunity to view exhibitions, collections and installations, as well as take part in workshops, express tours and talks with artists.
At the Humboldt Labor, the focus is on water as the basis for life on distant planets: at ‘Meet the Scientist’, interested visitors can ask scientists questions and draw their own comics in the creative workshop. The Tieranatomisches Theateris hosting a night-time sing-along, and at the Mori Ôgai Memorial Center, visitors can learn more about the cities of the future and Japanese paper theatre.
