Driving IT security evolution through impactful research

(Veranstaltungssprache Englisch)

Referenten: Fabian Bräunlein, Patrick Lucey (Security Research Labs)

At SRLabs, we have intercepted mobile phone calls, hacked EC card payment systems, and unlocked iPhones with cloned fingerprints. Please join us for a presentation to learn about what a career as a security researcher, hacker, and IT security consultant is like. We will discuss our favorite hacks and will share our perspective on how to select research topics that improve the security of end users worldwide. Besides an overview of some of our most interesting projects, you get to know our general approach to hacking and how we achieve meaningful and impactful results for the public and our clients.

Come for the talk and stay for some pizza, beers and mate with the SRLabs team afterwards.
