Centre

The Centre for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging follows a holistic approach that takes into account as many dimensions of diversity as possible.

The Centre brings together key stakeholders in anti-discrimination work at HU under one roof. It adopts an intersectional approach: it recognises that different experiences of discrimination – such as those based on gender, ethnic background, disability or sexual orientation – often interact and reinforce one another.

The Centre is organised into thematic areas that work closely together. It is led by the HU’s central Women’s Representative and Equal Opportunities Officer.
