1. We treat all enquiries as strictly confidential. We will only act as an intermediary or take further steps with your express consent. Consultations can also be conducted anonymously or with a support person present, and may take place in German or English.
2. If you require any assistance – for example, an interpretation into German Sign Language – please let us know when arranging your appointment.
3. We offer consultations in person, by telephone, via video call or by email.
