This is how we consult you

  1. We treat all enquiries as strictly confidential. We will only act as an intermediary or take further steps with your express consent. Consultations can also be conducted anonymously or with a support person present, and may take place in German or English.
  2. If you require any assistance – for example, a translation into German Sign Language – please let us know when arranging your appointment.
  3. We offer advice in person, by telephone, via video call or by email.
