The Gender Equality and Equity Office, acting as the Office for the Commission for the Advancement of Women (KFF), administers Humboldt-Universityät zu Berlin's funding schemes. In addition, the department is closely linked to a range of continuing education and professional development programmes for women at HU and within the Berlin University Alliance (BUA). Furthermore, HU offers subject-specific continuing education opportunities for female staff as part of its professional development programme.

Gender Equality & Equity
The Gender Equality and Equity Office within the Centre for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging serves as the central coordination and contact point for all matters and enquiries relating to gender equality. Key areas of our work include gender diversity, gender-based discrimination, the advancement and empowerment of women, pay equity, and gender-sensitive recruitment and promotion procedures.
