Project description
Since 2004, the Korean Studies Graduate Students Convention (KSGSC) has provided a platform for young scholars in Korean Studies and Korea-related fields to exchange research, discuss ongoing projects, and build professional networks. The convention enables early career researchers to present and refine ideas, engage with peers, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
The 20th KSGSC will be held from 15-17 September 2026 at the Institute for Asian and African Studies and will be open to MA and PhD students as well as postdoctoral researchers working in Korean Studies or Korea-related subjects. The programme is planned around five thematic panels, creating focused spaces for discussion, feedback, and scholarly exchange among participants across Europe and beyond.
