Moving sensor and actuator design for dynamical systems

The estimation of a complex physical process from scarce measurements is a classical yet prevalent problem whose success critically depends on the applied measurement setup. In this project, a new approach towards the scheduling of moving sensors based on optimal transport regularization is proposed.
