Project description

1) Installation and extension of the internal CTA development and test online PC cluster. The cluster will be used for netword, scaling and system tests. 2) Definition, design and implementation of the central array control software. Beyond this, the commissioning and the operation of CTA telescopes, as well as of calibration and monitoring systems will be supported. 3) Development of methodology and software for the calibration of the telescope pointing for mid-size telescopes (MSTs), which can be applied to every MST CTA telescope.
