Development of a system solution to the online safety monitoring in the rail transport on the basis of the automated analysis and evaluation of 3D-Videodaten

Development of a visual system for the realization of monitoring functions on the basis of the analysis of homogeneous three-dimensional points, areas and contours. The application field is a the rail-bound public transport, in which the complete passenger space as well as the transition space shall be monitored and analysed. Methods of data fusion, noise cancelling and pattern recognition have to be developed.
