The History of Children s and Young People s Literature in the SZoO and GDR to 1990 Handbook for Children s and Young People s Literature. Volume: SZoO / GDR (1945 - 1990)

<p>This project adds to the historical-bibliographical foundational work, Handbook for Children s and Young People s Literature, contributing a volume that investigates the territory of the Soviet zone of occupation and of the GDR for the period from 1945 to 1990.</p>
<p>Its objective is the bibliographical collection and literary-historical description of a choice of important and/or highly significant works of all characteristic genres of CYPL published both in the SZoO (1945-1949) and in the GDR, from its inception in 1949 to its dissolution in 1990.</p>
