Project description

Our goal is to examine the circuits that create cortical feedback in a temporally precise and contextual manner. Our hypothesis is that the long-range input to supra-granular layer of cortex is the principal locus of feedback. We test this hypothesis in mouse models where it is possible to obtain a mechanistic understanding of the temporal, contextual and laminar activation pattern.
