Project description

Inscribed is an AI-powered tool for automating complex legal analysis. The tool analyzes large volumes of legal documents, identifies relevant risks, and makes them systematically measurable, explainable, and insurable. Unlike purely assistive legal tech solutions, the focus is not only on efficiency, but also on the controlled and responsible use of AI automation in sensitive legal processes.

At the core of our approach is the combination of modern language model technology and quantitative risk and liability models. Legal uncertainties are not only described qualitatively, but also translated into structured risk categories, probabilities, and damage scenarios. This creates a robust basis for comprehensively validating AI-supported analyses and securing their use in terms of regulatory, liability, and insurance requirements.

Our goal is to enable organizations to use AI safely in core legal processes—such as legal due diligence, contract management, or internal compliance audits. The tool significantly reduces manual review efforts, increases the consistency of results, and builds trust among lawyers, management, and external stakeholders. In the long term, we are contributing to the establishment of AI automation as a reliable, scalable component of legal work.
