Career paths and qualification requirements in science- and university management

The project "KaWuM - SURVEY: Online surveys on career paths and qualification requirements in science- and university management" is part of the joint project KaWuM "Career paths and qualification requirements in science- and university management". KaWuM aims to create an analysis of the position and tasks in science management and required qualifications. In addition to a qualitative survey and the project-accompanying transfer into practice and politics, a major goal of the joint project is the implementation of two quantitative surveys on career paths, competencies and required qualifications.
