ProAnimalLife - RightRiding / Development of the hardware concept and algorithms for image data evaluation of riding behaviour

The R-& D-cooperation project is generally concerned with animal welfare. Focus is on horses and here pain-inducing training methods or riding practices.
The aim of the project is the development of a camera-based system for the monitoring of horses taking into account the special application scenario (single-animal monitoring and tracking, etc.). For this purpose, a combined attitude and behaviour analysis of the horse is realized in real time, whereby a detected misconduct is transmitted directly to mobile devices.
