Supporting Higher Education for Rural Development in Vietnam

The project has as overall objective to support the establishment of a planned master programme in rural development at Hanoi University of Agriculture (HUA) implementing training activities directed to HUA staff and national and international networking. This support will have two focal points which will involve the didactic and institutional set-up of the master programme: (1) Subject-related exchange and training (including agri-food chain management production, post-harvest and markets, GIS and further more) (2) Conveying methods of research-oriented learning, both regarding didactic approaches as well as own research of lecturers.
