Project description
The subject-related competence center Mathematics (FKOM Mathematics) contributes to the goals of the Startchancen-Verbund in relation to the mathematical education of children and young people in socially disadvantaged areas, to further develop mathematics lessons at all Startchancen schools and the mathematics-related offerings of the support systems. The overarching question of cooperation between FKOM Mathematics and all other centers and hubs is: What material, personnel and systemic strategies must be integrated into the subject-related and interdisciplinary support systems in order to achieve the goals of the Startchancen project, in FKOM Mathematics, especially with regard to securing mathematical basic competencies and the contribution of mathematics lessons to personality development?
In our working group we deal specifically with the work package "Digital media integration for data-based teaching development" and the questions "How must diagnostic test platforms, virtual teaching aids and digital teaching-learning environments be designed and integrated into teaching processes and further training in order to best support data-based subject-specific and cross-subject teaching development?" and "What general structures and design patterns arise and how can they be addressed integratively?"
