The winter term 2026/27 will see the launch of a new degree programme in European Public Governance, offered by Circle U. Partners Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, UCLouvain and Università di Pisa. The programme provides an in-depth understanding of the current challenges European democracies are facing – from climate change to economic inequalities, migration and beyond. It draws on theories and methods from multiple disciplines that address both the formal and informal aspects of decision-making. All students start their first semester at UCLouvain in Brussels, followed by studies in Berlin or Pisa. The degree is jointly awarded by the participating universities. As applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, early application is strongly recommended.
