Holiday course on ‘Packaging – Sustainability, Innovation and Responsibility’

Pupils in lower and upper secondary school who are interested can deepen their interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of chemistry, technology, design and environmental protection, get creative and develop innovative ideas.

From 13 to 16 July 2026 and from 17 to 20 August 2026, Humboldt University of Berlin, in collaboration with the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, is offering a new summer course on ‘Packaging – Sustainability, Innovation and Responsibility’. The programme includes lectures and presentations, experiments in the university’s specialist laboratories, AI-supported idea development and a visit to the German Patent and Trade Mark Office.

The summer course is free of charge. It is organised by the Department of Chemistry Education at Humboldt University of Berlin in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Centre Humboldt-ProMINTKolleg and the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
