The Circle U. Intersectoral Mobility Programme invites early career researchers to get to know non-academic organisations through joint activities on-site. Travel grants for alliance countries are available for 5 to 30 days. Apply now!

Applicants must have an invitation from a host organisation contact in a leading role, be employed at a Circle U. university, and obtain their supervisor’s consent for leave. The grant for research stays includes a 250-euro travel allowance plus 110 euros per day for the first 10 days and 90 euros per day thereafter, depending on the length of stay. Funding must be used before 31 October 2027. Applications are open now and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants must submit a motivation letter, CV, invitation letter, and supervisor support letter via the online application form.
