At the Student Services department you can reach our experts for application and admission. Contact the enrollment-office if you have administrative questions about your student status, fees or have to hand in request forms (e.g. maternity leave, leave of absence).

Do you have questions about the status of your application or your enrolment? We are available via e-mail by our contact form ( and during our consultation hours by phone. Please always include your enrolment number or application number in your request and, if applicable, a phone number for a return call.

  • Please send the documents required for your enrolment by mail only.
  • If you want to forward documents for your enrolment personally within a deadline, please use the mailbox for internal mail (Hausbriefkasten) at the Student Service Center during the opening hours of the main building (Unter den Linden 6, 10117 Berlin, Monday-Friday: 8.00am-7.00pm, Saturday 8.00am-6.00pm).
  • Outside the opening hours of the main building, please use the mailbox (Nachtbriefkasten) of the Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin (Ziegelstraße 12/13, 10117 Berlin), accessible 24 hours a day.
