Conflict counselling

There are conflicts everywhere, including in the day-to-day work of a university. The decisive factor is the way in which they are dealt with. Respectful cooperation is important to us, which is why we support you in dealing constructively with conflicts.

Open dialogue is a first step, and we support you on the way to resolving conflicts of all kinds. Ideally, cooperation can be significantly improved.

This service is available to all members of the university and is free of charge. As appointed conflict counsellors at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, we act confidentially, impartially and independently and can also refer you to external conflict counselling if necessary.

Our actions are based on the service agreement for respectful cooperation at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
