New campus management system for students

We are upgrading our campus management system. During the upgrade, services will be temporarily limited – but in the long term, you will benefit from simpler, digital processes.

Attention!

Between 27 April and 8 May, AGNES and the online application portal will be unavailable or only partially available; this affects, amongst others, the Compass hotline, Counselling, the Examination Offices, and the Enrolment and Admissions Offices.

During the transition period, there will be temporary restrictions and no consultation hours will be available.

Frequently Asked Questions

The introduction of the new campus management system requires a comprehensive migration of student data as well as technical system adjustments. During this period, central applications will only be available to a limited extent.

As uninterrupted access to the relevant systems cannot be guaranteed during the migration, we are unable to provide telephone enquiries to the usual standard.

Enquiries can still be submitted by email. However, due to limited system availability, please expect longer processing times. PDF applications will no longer be processed and, from 4 May 2026, can be submitted independently via the new AGNESportal.

With the introduction of the new campus management system, numerous processes will be digitised. From 4 May 2026, many applications can no longer be submitted in paper form, by email or via the contact form, but exclusively digitally via the new AGNES portal: these include, amongst other things, leaves of absence, switching between part-time and full-time study, changes to personal details (e.g. name changes), notifications of changes (e.g. in the event of loss or damage to the Campus Card), the lifting of re-registration blocks (e.g. by submitting a certificate of enrolment from the main university or in the event of an extension of the doctoral thesis completion period), and de-registrations.
