Students

Are you enrolled at Humboldt-Universität and would like to go abroad for a study visit, internship or study trip? Then you will find various options here to put your plans into action and tips on financing.

A stay abroad is worthwhile at any stage of your studies. In the bachelor's stage, you can get to know a different educational system and improve your intercultural and language skills. During the master's and doctoral stages, you can also deepen your interest in specific research questions and methods.

With many exchange places available, Humboldt-Universität has the opportunity to support and facilitate stays at all levels of study. An independently organised internship abroad, a research project or a short-term programme at one of our partner universities can also offer valuable opportunities. Get in touch with us and we can discuss which programmes we can support you with!

Our partner universities for study abroad worldwide

Humboldt-Universität is involved in collaborations on all continents. In Europe, students can go abroad via Erasmus+; in other regions, exchange places are available at partner universities. On this page, you will learn about the options available and how to apply.
