Do you dream of studying at Harvard? Then apply to the McCloy Fellowship Program! The McCloy Fellowship Program awards fellowships for two-year master’s degree programs at the Harvard Kennedy School. In addition to living and travel expenses, tuition fees of more than 100,000 USD are covered.
Successful applicants demonstrate high intellectual ability and have already proven their above-average academic performance. They should have some work experience and have shown, both professionally and through volunteer work, that they take on responsibility and are committed to the public good. Previous funding from the Studienstiftung is not required.
Applications may be submitted starting August 1; the application deadline is November 1, 2026.
Do you have questions about the scholarship program and the application process? Then join the virtual information session: On August 5, 2026 (from 6:00–7:30 p.m.) and on September 7, 2026 (from 6:00–7:30 p.m.), the Studienstiftung will host information sessions featuring a presentation on the scholarship program, as well as ample time for questions and discussion with current scholarship recipients and program directors for interested applicants.
