Situated close to the district of Kreuzberg, the apartments have excellent transport links (U-Bahn Heinrich-Heine-Straße, S- and U-Bahn Jannowitzbrücke). The flats are approximateky 60 square meters in size, they come furnished and have basic equipment including Wi-Fi. In addition to the bedrooms, they each feature a balcony and a living room. The rental period is fixed for four months (6 August to 27 November). The monthly rent is 920 euros per flat or 460 euros per room (plus deposit). If renting a single room, the occupancy is gender-separated with two tenants per apartment. The buildings are not barrier-free. Pets are not allowed.
