Funding for women*
The funding for women* is available to all women* involved in the Zentrum für Kulturtechnik. The funding is intended to support women* in their academic and professional careers, as well as to provide long-term incentives for gender equality and for addressing the under-representation of women*.
In principle, the funds can be used for a wide range of projects and activities, e.g. for attending conferences and workshops, for research purposes, for teaching and guest lectures by women* or on the subject of gender equality and women’s* studies, for work materials and printing costs, or for the costs of projects, further training, language courses, etc. It is important that they are used either for career-enhancing measures or to strengthen women’s* studies.
In principle, associate members may also apply for the women’s* funding at the Zentrum für Kulturtechnik. When applying as a assosciated member, please state to what extent funding is available through your own institute’s Local Women's and Equality Representative and, where applicable, whether you have applied for or are applying for such funding. We also ask that you explain how the proposed funding relates to your own involvement at the Zentrum.
