Projektbeschreibung
This is a common project together with M. Wolfrum from WIAS. The goal is to support the technological development of semiconductor lasers by numerical simulations and bifurcation analysis, based on efficient modeling for the specific type of the device, to validate and optimize the performance of existing devices according to system requirements and to create design rules for new dynamical effects, leading to new device concepts.
