Objective: Presentation of a bill, formulated in detail, which protects freedom of flow of information as the foundation of a constitutional and democratic state, considers the issue of data protection against public and private authorities, develops the legal system according to the standards of modern technology, adjusts the system of information including the data protection to European law and includes the standards of international law.
