This interactive course offers international students a structured introduction to the German job market. Participants explore key economic sectors, current trends, and ap-plication expectations in Germany. Through reflection, group exchange, and cultural comparison, the workshop empowers participants to better navigate their job search and career planning.


The session also highlights cultural aspects of work and communication in Germany – and how these influence CVs, cover letters, and interviews. Practical tools and materi-als support further individual development after the workshop.


Successful participation in the seminar is a prerequisite for the acquisition of credit points. This includes:

  • Regular presence and active participation in the seminar
  • Participation in the practical exercises, completion of the tasks and presenta-tion of results in the seminar
