Berlin’s Universities and Colleges Shocked by Attack at Heidelberg University
Heads of Berlin’s higher education institutions extend their sympathy to victims of the attack and all university members
The State Conference of the Rectors and Presidents of the Higher Education Institutions in Berlin (LKRP) have reacted with shock to the violent act committed on Heidelberg University’s campus on Monday. The members of the LKRP commented that this kind of attack on a university campus, a place of community, was unfathomable and deeply troubling. They added that their thoughts are with the victims of this horrific act of violence, their loved ones, and all members of Heidelberg University.
