Personal Consultation Appointment
We would like to ask you to fill out the information form (see below) as completely as possible and send it to us via e-mail at least two days before the agreed consultation. That will give us the opportunity to get prepared to the maximum and get an idea of your research experience, ideas and goals.
The form also offers you the possibility to refer to attached documents (e.g. CV, project sketch).
Ideally, please send the filled form together with your request for an appointment. The submission of the information form in time is a requirement for a personal consultation.

Technical note:
Many popular browsers now offer display options for PDF documents. Although these are often error-free in their display, they usually do not allow PDF forms to be filled in. We therefore recommend the use of Acrobat (Reader) from Adobe.
