Ludmilla Aufurth

Ludmilla Aufurth ist seit über 10 Jahren im Bereich Training und Karrierecoaching im privaten und öffentlichen Sektor tätig. Einige ihrer Schwerpunkte sind:

  • personenzentrierte und wertorientierte Karriereentwicklung
  • Neue Arbeit, Empowerment und psychologisches Wohlbefinden
  • nachhaltige Potenzialentwicklung
  • Führung, Rollendefinition und Konfliktmanagement in Organisationen
  • Umgang mit Wandel und Komplexität am Arbeitsmarkt

Ludmilla ist Soziologin und Karriereexpertin mit Masterabschlüssen in Sozial- und Verhaltensforschung (Universität Tilburg, NL) und European Labor Studies (Universität Bremen und Universität Mailand).

Im Jahr 2018 absolvierte sie das 200h Trainingsprogramm zum Zertifizierten Systemischen Coach bei artop (An-Institut der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) und seit 2023 ist sie als Beraterin in der Stabsstelle Career Center und Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin tätig.

 

Ludmilla Aufurth has 10 years of experience in training and career coaching in the private and public sector. Some of her focus areas are:

  • person-centered and value-oriented career development
  • new work, empowerment, and psychological wellbeing
  • sustainable development of human potential
  • leadership, role definition and conflict management within organizations
  • dealing with change and complexity in the labour market

Ludmilla is a sociologist and career expert with master’s degrees in Social and Behavioral Sciences (Tilburg University, NL) and European Labor Studies (Bremen University and University of Milan).
In 2018 she completed the 200h training program to become a certified systemic coach awarded by artop (affiliated institute of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin). Since 2023 Ludmilla is responsible for the career coaching at the Executive Department Career Center and Scientific Training at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
