The arrangement regarding the distribution of proceeds applies to
proceeds the university is entitled to. The statutory claim to 30% of
the gross income from exploitation for the inventors is not affected by
this. In the event of proceeds from patents, there is a "two-fold
reward", as the business friendly arrangement supports the
professorship/working group in addition to this statutory
entitlement.
