Content of studies
The content of the Philosophy/Ethics degree programme at HU is harmonised with the Berlin Philosophy and Ethics framework curricula. Our combined course, which also offers teacher-oriented training in Philosophy and Ethics and thus prepares students for teaching posts in both subjects, takes account of the fact that the subject matter of the two disciplines is inextricably intertwined. The teaching offered by our Department of Philosophy guarantees a high-quality, varied programme of relevant classes. The best way to find information about course content is using the annotated university calendar, which is online at hu.berlin/vorlesungsverzeichnis. Module descriptions, the course curriculum and other details can be found in the course and examination regulations, available at www.amb.hu-berlin.de, no. 22/2014, first amendment no. 25/2015. Th Course Advisory Service is also available to help you (see important addresses).
