Course structure

Islamic Theology is offered as:

Core subject: 120 credit points (CP*), with a second subject to be selected from the Course catalogue 'Combined Bachelor (not qualifying for the teaching profession)'
Secondary subject: 60 CP to a core subject from the Course catalogue 'Combined Bachelor (not qualifying for the teaching profession)'

* One credit point (CP) is calculated to equal an average workload of 25 to max. 30 hours for preparation, follow-up and attendance at classes.

In addition to specialised study, Students acquire subject-specific, non-specialist and interdisciplinary key qualifications of 20 CP.
