Application for a second degree programme

In the case of applicants who have already completed a bachelor's degree programme in the EU or in an EEA country (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and are re-applying for a state examination or bachelor's degree programme for the first semester, this is considered to be a second degree programme.

For second degree programmes, 4% of the available study places are available, i.e. in degree programmes with low capacities, there is often only one place.

For this second degree programme, an informal written justification for the necessity of this second degree programme is required.

The ranking order for the selection of second degree applicants is determined by the index number, which is to be determined. This is calculated on the basis of your final degree grade and the reason for your second degree programme.
