Sachgebiet Studienverlauf - Enrollment Office

As enrollment office we answer all questions related to changes in your student status. In addition, we process applications and enrollments exclusively in open-admission programs. You have successfully completed your studies and would like to exmatriculate? You are going to spend a semester abroad or have other reasons why you would like to interrupt your studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin or study part-time. Do you have questions regarding the payment of fees and contributions as well as re-registration? Have you lost your Campus Card? Please contact us if you need a new student ID.

Please note that during limited operation we are available for you and your questions about the course of studies, re-registration or a semester on leave during our consultation hours by phone and via our e-mail contact form:

Please always include your matriculation number in your inquiry and, if applicable, a phone number for a return call. We will do our best to answer your inquiries as soon as possible.
