Description

The project uses social science and legal approaches to examine the question of how participation in working life can be ensured and further developed for people with disabilities even under economically, health-related and socially difficult conditions. The focus is on the implementation and further development of rehabilitation and participation law. Focal points are
- Analyses of legal situations and case law
- Analyses of interfaces in the transition from school to vocational training/university education, accompanied by empirical studies on the budget for training and on determining needs
- the scientific examination of digitalisation in the world of work
- the involvement of people with disabilities in the research, education and networking processes.
The results of the project are communicated to a broad (specialist) public through various formats (including specialist publications, online discussions, specialist conferences, podcasts).
