Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin is developed and shaped by the Institutional Leadership and Management as well as by committed staff and students in various committees and offices. The aim is to achieve high quality in teaching, study and research as well as efficient administration.

Humboldt-Universität is led by its Presidium, which consists of four members who develop the university strategically, make central decisions in research, teaching and administration and represent the university externally - in science, politics and society.
