Description

Loneliness isn't a personal failing. It's a call to action! This workshop dismantles the myth that connection just happens to you and reveals how belonging emerges when you offer yourself in service to others. You'll explore why isolation persists despite Berlin's millions of inhabitants and discover how peer support groups support you to create the reciprocal, values-aligned connections you're craving. Through reflection and practice, you'll learn to recognize your inherent value as a community member and build structures where everyone, including you, experiences genuine belonging. Walk away ready to initiate connections that sustainably resource your life. The event will be held in English in cooperation with SEKIS (https://www.sekis-berlin.de/).
