Humboldt-Universität's Student Affairs Department provides support with applications, admissions, enrolment and all questions relating to the course of study - from leave of absence to re-registration and exmatriculation.

General Student Counselling and Information Department (A)

The General Student Counselling and Information Service answers questions about studying and applying and supports students in the decision-making process, with study problems and in planning their educational career.

Student Services Department (B)

Experts in application and admission are available in the Student Services department. They also deal with all questions relating to student status - such as enrolment, leave of absence, part-time study, exmatriculation or re-registration. Other issues, such as fees and contributions, the Campus Card or maternity leave, are also dealt with there.

Examination Service Unit (C)

The Examination Service is responsible for organising examinations, managing examination files, registering and deregistering for examinations, preparing transcripts of records and final documents and processing applications such as compensation for disadvantages or appeals.
