Burn out? - Cool down! Mastering the work of the future in a healthy way
30.01.2026 | 10:00-13:00
In this digital workshop, we will analyse and reflect on 5 central factors of (over)demand in modern working environments. In small groups, we will develop strategies - not only to increase our own resilience but also to develop a healthy attitude.
- Information overload - the flood of emails, messages, documents and data
- Ambivalent roles and expectations - uncertainty about responsibilities, especially in agile or matrix-organised companies
- Change fatigue - adjustment stress due to continuous change (e.g. through digitalisation, new working methods, restructuring)
- Work-life integration - the increasing merging of work and private life
- Workforce entrepreneurship - the demands on personal responsibility and self-management
PeerCollective - Learn. Network. Grow.

Many graduates are familiar with the situation: you work alone on applications, optimise your CV - and yet you feel that something is missing. Feedback, contacts, resonance - in short: a supportive network. This kick-off workshop from the Career Centre shows you how to clarify your strengths, develop visions and, above all, how to make progress more easily together with others. Get to know the principles of the PeerCollective and try them out for yourself.
Career? Shape it! - Your future on the Vision Board
25.02.2026 | 10:00-13:00
What should your appointment look like? What motivates you - and where do you really want to go?
In this workshop, we will use a creative method to visualise goals and wishes. We will try out how images, symbols and words can help us to gain clarity and develop new perspectives. With targeted impulses, we think bigger, bolder and further ahead. The focus is on designing a personal vision board - as a compass for the future.
